Heritage

(stamp size 1.75" square)

As the Days of Awe are coming to a close with the arrival of Yom Kippur at Sunday sunset, I thought this stamp was a good one to feature. This stamp has traveled with me for a long time as a Personal Traveler. I like the primitive look of it - a look that I would be hard-pressed to duplicate now! I'm far to precise in my carving style this many years down the road, I have to say.

*smile* This stamp has such heart. I love it. More than one copy of it graces my logbooks, you know. ;-)

Isn't it funny to be able to say that something would be difficult to carve now because your skills have advanced beyond it?
Have a blessed weekend!
