Ok, I need to fly out there and have lessons from you. heh I found my first and (so far) only attempt at letters. It's a sad thing, but I'll email you a pic. You've inspired me to try again though. Tee <-- not giving up!

That would be a sad day.I haven't seen this carve before -- but I checked out "Pass the Heat" again -- so tiny, with a gouge. Blows me away!By the way, the Tabasco plant is quite an interesting field trip. The gift shop even serves Tabasco ice cream, but I prefer the pepper jelly, oh yum.Next time you're in the area . . . ;-)
